H. Streeter Shining has been a dedicated and involved community member of Rapid City for around 50 years. He was a practicing physician as well as an actor and supporter of sports and fine arts. He has worked and lived in other states, but he has found a perfect balance of natural beauty, proximity to skiing, and events to participate with Rapid City.
